Mother's Day Art Spectacular VENDOR SIGN-UP

The Frankenmuth Arts Council is hosting a Mother's Day Art Spectacular!

May 11, 2024

Setup starts at 7 am

Open to the public from 10 am to 6 pm

We are hoping to attract lots of first time vendors with the low booth price!  We want to encourage people to come share their creations.  Please share the event with all the artsy people!  We will have a foodraiser booth and at least one tent showcasing our Crafting Club projects and past/future class projects.

If you have any questions please join our vendor group.  The vendor group on Facebook is "FAC Art Vendors".  If you are unable to find the group or need help please contact me, Deana Coupar at (989)737-7304.  The food available on-site will be a foodraiser tent selling Koegel Vienna, soda, and chips.  This is a fundraiser to buy supplies for the Frankenmuth Fire Arts Festival and Class supplies and tools.

This show is for artisan vendors.  No resale or non-home-made items will be accepted.  Spaces available are 10x10 and 10x20

This is an outdoor event and is located at List Feild in Frankenmuth.  The park is located between the List Elementary and E.F. Rittmueler Middle Schools.  There is great parking available.

Vendors will be located on grass.  Please make sure to secure your tent and items!

Photo submissions will be used in marketing the event!

**** We will be limiting the number of vendors in particular categories.  Please be very descriptive about the types of items you sell.   Exhibitor Rules and Regulations Absolutely NO flea market or garage sale type items, direct sales items, or resale items allowed. To provide a diverse lineup of exhibitors, show management reserves the right to limit similar product offerings and services, reject items we find in poor taste, or remove/refuse any person who does not conform to these regulations.

Vendors must staff their booth during ALL hours for the entire event and must refrain from the early breakdown of booths, removal of inventory, or loading of vehicles until the show has been officially closed.    Vendor Hold Harmless Agreement Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold all organizers of Art in the Park, employees and volunteers of the event, owners of the property, and all sponsors harmless from any loss, injury, cost, damages, attorney fees, and expenses of every kind in nature which it may expend or incur under or by reason, or in consequences for any injuries sustained on any site contracted by the event, its employees and or volunteers, or owners of the property of the event location. Exhibitor further agrees to not claim loss, injury, or damage to its employees, agents, or property resulting in any way from the Exhibitor’s participation in the event. By submitting photos, I agree to allow the Frankenmuth Arts Council to promote the event with my photos.
